Child-Centered Direct Support (Legal Referrals and Wraparound Support)
Digital Community Liaison (Remote)
IRC is seeking (1) Digital Community Liaison (DCL) to join our team. DCLs interact with unaccompanied children and their sponsors on social media primarily through private messaging, helping them navigate information on our platforms, clarify and share information on available services, and lend a friendly, empathetic ear. DCLs also speak with children via WhatsApp calls or via other audio/video platforms to complete intake, and with their consent, collect basic biographic information and make a referral to a legal service provider.
