Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions

The Immigrant Justice Project at SRLP works with low-income people and people of color who are transgender, gender non-conforming, and/or intersex (TGNCI) and are seeking legally recognized immigration status or adjusting to a different immigration status.

Counties served: Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, NY (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island)
